• Cancellations of less than 24 hours will be charged a 50% fee.
• No shows will be charged a 100% fee.
• Gift certificates will be reduced by the applicable amount.

• Arrivals: Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment and plan to relax for a few minutes afterwards to enjoy the full benefit of these artfully coordinated services. Late arrivals will not get an extension of time and will be responsible for full service fees.
• Gift Certificates expire one year from date of purchase and are non-refundable.
• Cell phones and pagers: We intend to provide you and other clients with a relaxing experience. Please turn off your cell phones and pagers before entering the service room.
• Personal Belongings: Woodland Wellness Center may not be held responsible for lost personal belongings.
